Of course, E-Ra IoT Platform will always have a 6 months Free Trial plan with limited features for users.

Which payment method is accepted?

Buy your plan at app.e-ra.io/subscription and pay by bank transfer right at checkout.

Can I change my Subscription Plan?

Yes, you can update, change or cancel your plan at any time. If you need help changing your Subscription Plan, please contact us at our support number: (+84) 906998291

Does E-Ra offer a refund for the remaining time of registered Plan that have not been used?

Once you have signed up for any Subscription Plan, there is no refund option. You can cancel your existing Subscription Plan to prevent it from auto-renew.

Do I have full access with my registered Subscription Plan?

Yes. You will have full access to all features listed under the detailed features comparison for each Subscription Plan.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want with no commitment at the Payment section.

When I switch from my current Plan to another, will I get a refund for the remaining time of the current Plan? From when is the validity period of the new Plan?

Once you complete the Payment for your new Plan, the validity period of the new Plan will start from this point forward. E-Ra IoT Platform will not issue a refund in the event that you still have the remaining time of the old Plan.
